Surya Devta: Solar Deity in Hinduism

Known as the Surya Devta he represents one of the most praised and important elements of life and that is the sun. In Hindu beliefs, a pooja, ritual, celebration of the completion of a project, or beginning of something good is incomplete without mentioning his name. It is believed that before his existence the world was living in darkness. He emerged from the holy word “OM ” from the throat of Lord Brahma who sits on the lotus. Because of him, the world was able to see things with light and new doors of happiness and priorities opened.
